What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary technical teams, including internal staff and subconsultants.
• Manage municipal water and wastewater work programs.
• Deliver projects through all planning, design, and construction phases.
• Provide high-level client service and quality management.
• Support business development by creating Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) and proposals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15+ years of relevant water/wastewater engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Nevada or the ability to obtain reciprocity upon employment.
• BS in Engineering.
• Proven experience managing municipal water/wastewater projects.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Henderson, Nevada.
