What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients with significant annual analytical spend.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including quotes, supply orders, sample receipt, data reporting, and invoicing.
• Train and mentor Project Managers I and II on technical aspects and environmental regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with laboratory operations and sales teams to ensure on-time completion of projects and meet TAT deadlines.
• Establish laboratory protocols for the execution of complex or atypical analytical and reporting requirements.
• Review project data and invoicing for accuracy and completeness before final delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Associates' degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Proven experience handling high-volume clients or complex project work.
• Advanced oral and written communication, reasoning, and mathematical skills.
• Advanced computer skills and strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience specifically as a Client Project Manager II.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations, including NPDES and SW-846.
