What you will do

• Own demand planning for smart home devices, including forecasting and inventory planning across the full product lifecycle.
• Manage end-to-end planning activities covering production coordination, delivery planning, and sales alignment.
• Lead weekly business reviews with distribution partners to align on forecasts, sell-out performance, and order planning.
• Monitor and proactively mitigate inventory risks such as excess, shortages, and aging stock.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, logistics, and sales teams to ensure end-to-end alignment.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and build scalable planning structures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in demand planning, forecasting, or inventory management.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end supply chain operations, including production planning and logistics.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to interface with retail partners and senior leadership.
• Must be located in or able to work from Englewood Cliffs, NJ.

Nice to have

• APICS certification.
• Experience within consumer electronics or smart home device industries.
