What you will do

• Lead and influence a global cross-functional team across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations.
• Facilitate the monthly Consensus Demand Planning process and generate financial budgets for demand volume.
• Develop consumption forecasts using statistical models to drive order-based demand plans.
• Manage the reconciliation of top-down and bottom-up forecasts for systems, kits, and velocities.
• Own supply chain metrics including logistics costs, manufacturing costs, and net working capital.
• Lead assumption-driven new item forecasting and post-launch analytics.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Demand and Supply Planning in a capital-intensive subscription software environment.
• 3+ years of experience in team management leadership positions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, MIS, or Business Administration.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP demand and supply planning software and analytics tools.
• Readiness to travel up to 10% to customer sites and manufacturing facilities.
• Proven track record in large-scale change management projects.

Nice to have

• APICS, Lean Six Sigma, CPIM/CSCP, or IBF CPF certifications.
• Experience with EDI, supplier portals, and CPFR tools.
• Background in automotive or high-tech industries.
