Salary: $140,000 - $185,000 USD

What you will do

• Own BOM accuracy and structure for switchboard products within ERP/MRP systems.
• Translate production schedules into material requirements and manage supplier releases.
• Coordinate build schedules with sheet metal fabricators, busbar manufacturers, and assembly partners.
• Implement inventory strategies, including safety stock, buffer levels, and build-to-order decisions.
• Manage tariff and trade compliance, including HTS classification and USMCA qualification.
• Identify and mitigate single-source, capacity, and geopolitical risks across the supply base.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in materials management, production planning, or supply chain.
• Background in switchboard, switchgear, or related industrial electrical manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with BOM management, MRP/ERP systems, and master scheduling.
• Working knowledge of tariff classification and trade compliance (Section 301/232, USMCA, HTS).
• Ability to read technical BOMs, drawings, and specifications.
• Must be willing to work in the office and on the production floor full-time in Long Beach, CA.
