Lead Instructor (GenAI)

Location: Remote; candidates may be located anywhere with working hours compatible with the Eastern Time (ET) zone. Occasional in-person sessions may require travel to a designated location.

What you will do

• Deliver live GenAI training sessions and hands-on workshops for business, professional, and technical audiences.
• Guide participants as they map and redesign real workflows and build AI assistants and agents.
• Provide subject-matter expertise on GenAI for curriculum, materials, internal projects, and initiatives.
• Stay current on AI models, assistant and agent development tools, and enterprise AI use cases.
• Join dry runs and client orientation calls to align session goals, audiences, and content.
• Teach responsible AI practices, including output verification, sensitive-data handling, and accountability for final work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Strong understanding of GenAI concepts, applications, prompt engineering, AI assistants, and AI agents.
• Extensive experience building custom AI assistants and agents, connecting them to business data and sources, and using tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
• Extensive experience applying GenAI to business use cases in professional settings.
• Proven experience in public speaking, teaching, or training, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to engage business executives, non-technical professionals, and decision-makers.
