What you will do

• Manage CPFR activities for the Home Depot account and maintain accurate forecast models.
• Produce operational forecasts by incorporating market intelligence and internal CPFR tools.
• Facilitate weekly consensus forecast meetings (sell-out/sell-in) with sales teams and customers.
• Develop YOY analysis tools to validate forecasts based on promotions, run rates, and market conditions.
• Negotiate allocations with BM/PM teams during factory constraint situations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to optimize network strategy with customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in demand planning or a related field.
• Deep understanding of Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR).
• Strong data analysis skills and solid business acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for direct customer interaction.
