Field Technical Manager (EV Battery Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at the PRI project site in Queen Creek, Arizona, United States

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Act as the technical and operational liaison between hirify.global, headquarters teams, customer companies, and project-site personnel.
• Manage field operations, equipment setup, production support, customer service, safety management, and site administration.
• Resolve escalated service and field issues involving EV battery manufacturing machines, parts, equipment, and controls.
• Test and verify equipment and control solutions, validate service manuals, and document findings for internal and external users.
• Lead knowledge-transfer sessions, technical training, and information flow while coordinating with technical writing and engineering teams.
• Manage and mentor Field Technical Specialists, analyze production data, and improve aftermarket processes using operational metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in automation, technical support, or site operations and safety management.
• Bilingual English and Korean communication skills are required.
• Experience troubleshooting complex service issues by phone and onsite.
• Ability to read and edit technical drawings, interpret technical procedures, and prepare clear technical reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to work in engineering, contracting, and construction environments and quickly absorb technical information.
• Strong planning, organization, analytical, decision-making, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills; proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
