What you will do

• Act as technical liaison between LGEUS PRI and customer companies, such as LG Energy Solution.
• Manage day-to-day field operations and mentor Aftermarket Field Technical Specialists.
• Oversee information flow, technical documentation, and knowledge transfer for factory sites.
• Perform testing, verification, and setup of EV battery manufacturing equipment and controls.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and troubleshooting directly with production departments.
• Analyze daily production data and prepare operational reports for facility maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience in automation, technical support, or site management.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex service issues via phone and onsite.
• Proficiency in reading and editing technical drawings and prints.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with diverse client groups and management.
