Senior Hardware Engineering Program Manager (EV Charging)

Location: Campbell, California, United States; onsite

Salary: $148,695–$195,000 per year, plus eligible new-hire and annual merit-based RSU grants.

What you will do

• Lead hardware engineering programs for EV charging products across design, development, manufacturing execution, and shipment.
• Plan engineering milestones, development builds, schedules, dependencies, deliverables, tooling, testing, and validation.
• Coordinate electrical and mechanical engineering with product management, operations, reliability, regulatory, procurement, and contract manufacturing teams.
• Manage product requirements, change requests, design and manufacturing issues, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resources.
• Drive timely release of assemblies, components, and systems to procurement and communicate program status to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 4–8 years of experience leading complex hardware technology projects with aggressive schedules.
• Experience with new technology introduction, product development lifecycles, project and program management methodologies, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Experience leading cross-functional, technical, core, and contract manufacturing teams.
• Fluency with Confluence and JIRA.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
