Recruiting Operations Coordinator (AI)

What you will do

• Coordinate interviews across candidates, interviewers, and hiring teams.
• Manage candidate communication and maintain a high-quality candidate experience.
• Maintain ATS data quality, workflows, and hiring records.
• Track hiring pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Prepare hiring reports, summaries, and recruiting metrics.
• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend operational improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, operations, or administrative support.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and spreadsheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High ownership and willingness to take initiative.
