Talent Acquisition Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote within France and the CET time zone

What you will do

• Develop and implement strategies for sourcing and hiring qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with the Sourcing team to expand sourcing channels.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills and fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to select candidates for open roles.
• Prepare recruitment activity reports and use ATS, task-tracking, and reporting systems.
• Improve recruitment processes and output quality by using AI-powered tools and automation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, including work on IT and marketing/sales openings.
• Global recruitment experience with a focus on Europe; US market experience is a plus.
• Proven experience closing C-level roles for the company.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques, tools, and channels.
• Experience using recruitment ATS systems, task-tracking systems, and reporting tools.
• Proactive use of AI and automation in day-to-day work.
• Fluency in English, spoken and written.
• Ability to identify cultural markers in candidates and match them with suitable roles.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a geographically distributed team.
• Result-oriented approach and willingness to understand the business impact of recruitment.
