Talent Acquisition Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote from Estonia, within the CET time zone

What you will do

• Develop and implement strategies for searching and hiring qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with the Sourcing team to expand sourcing channels.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify the best fit for each role.
• Prepare recruitment activity reports and collaborate on process improvements.
• Use AI-powered tools to optimize recruitment processes and improve output quality.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, including work on IT and marketing/sales openings.
• Global recruitment experience with a focus on Europe; experience with the US market is a plus.
• Proven experience closing C-level roles for a company.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques, tools, and channels.
• Data-driven experience with recruitment ATS systems, task-tracking systems, and reporting tools.
• Proactive use of AI and automation in day-to-day work.
• Fluent English in spoken and written communication.
• Ability to understand role expectations, opportunities, and best practices in detail.
• Ability to identify cultural markers in candidates, manage time and priorities, work effectively in a geographically distributed team, and remain result-oriented.
