Talent Acquisition Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote from Hungary, within the CET time zone

What you will do

• Develop and implement strategies for searching for and hiring qualified candidates.
• Manage the recruitment process from partnering with hiring managers and understanding role requirements through interviewing and hiring.
• Collaborate with the Sourcing team to expand sourcing channels.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
• Prepare recruitment activity reports and contribute ideas for process improvements.
• Use AI-powered tools to optimize recruitment processes and improve output quality.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, including work on IT and marketing/sales openings.
• Global recruitment experience focused on Europe; experience with the US market is beneficial but optional.
• Proven experience closing C-level roles for a company.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques, tools, and channels.
• Experience using recruitment ATS systems, task-tracking systems, and reporting tools with a data-driven approach.
• Proactive use of AI and automation in day-to-day work.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Ability to identify cultural markers in candidates and match them with suitable roles.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills, flexibility, attention to role details, and a result-oriented approach.
