Commissioning Manager

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; on-site

hirify.global provides project and construction management services for clients and supports data centre commissioning programs.

What you will do

• Attend key meetings, monitor progress, communicate impacts, and collaborate with project partners.
• Conduct site inspections covering QA/QC and the commissioning process.
• Create and implement commissioning strategies, procedures, scopes, and schedules.
• Drive commissioning activities, manage project interdependencies, and track timelines and budgets.
• Oversee vendor performance and facilitate meetings with vendor project managers.
• Manage client-appointed commissioning teams and resolve issues across the project.

Requirements

• Thorough understanding of UPS systems, switchgear, generators, and critical mechanical systems.
• Demonstrated ability to develop detailed commissioning scripts.
• Experience managing projects in a data centre environment.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Ability to build strong relationships with teams and clients.
• Availability to work on-site in Copenhagen, Denmark.
