What you will do

• Direct all civil, structural, and architectural design activities from concept through to commissioning.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including architects, structural engineers, and civil engineers.
• Interface with client representatives, regulatory bodies, and local authorities.
• Ensure all deliverables meet pharma industry standards such as GMP, FDA, and EMA requirements.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks across all CSA disciplines.
• Manage CSA budget allocation and ensure milestones are met according to the project timeline.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in senior CSA roles on major construction projects.
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical or biotech facility construction.
• Fluent English is essential; Danish language skills are considered an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of EU GMP guidelines and pharmaceutical validation processes.

Nice to have

• Chartered Engineer status.
• Previous experience with cleanroom and controlled environment design.
• Experience with Design & Build or EPCM project delivery models.
