What you will do
- Direct all civil, structural, and architectural design activities from concept through to commissioning.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams including architects, structural engineers, and civil engineers.
- Interface with client representatives, regulatory bodies, and local authorities.
- Ensure all deliverables meet pharma industry standards such as GMP, FDA, and EMA requirements.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks across all CSA disciplines.
- Manage CSA budget allocation and ensure milestones are met according to the project timeline.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in senior CSA roles on major construction projects.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical or biotech facility construction.
- Fluent English is essential; Danish language skills are considered an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of EU GMP guidelines and pharmaceutical validation processes.
Nice to have
- Chartered Engineer status.
- Previous experience with cleanroom and controlled environment design.
- Experience with Design & Build or EPCM project delivery models.
