Salary: $90,000–$118,000

What you will do
- Own the creation, maintenance, and execution of the master engine build plan.
- Lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across cross-functional teams.
- Balance customer demand against manufacturing capacity to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify planning gaps, risks, and opportunities to drive executive decision-making.
- Prepare executive-level planning dashboards and track key performance indicators.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering.
- 6+ years of experience in material or production planning.
- U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a government security clearance.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of product lifecycle stages and development processes.
Nice to have
- Experience in aerospace manufacturing or assembly.
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
- Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certification.
- Familiarity with AS9100 quality standards.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
