Salary: $92,200 - $138,400

What you will do

• Lead strategic management of critical suppliers and monitor performance against Statement of Work (SOW) deliverables.
• Coordinate weekly Supply Chain meetings and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Track and report metrics for on-time delivery and manage supplier risks.
• Develop and update material forecasts to support revenue commitments.
• Resolve technical and programmatic supplier issues.
• Provide cost and labor inputs for business proposal efforts.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree with 5+ years of experience (or MBA/MS/JD with 3+ years).
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
• Comprehensive understanding of procurement processes (sourcing, qualifying, tracking).
• Experience navigating an ERP system and various contracting methods.
• Financial acumen for determining cost reasonableness.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace and defense production or technology transfer environments.
• Supply chain or contracts experience with the U.S. Government, DoD, or FAA.
• Continuous Improvement certification (Black Belt, Green Belt).
• Understanding of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
