Salary: $100,000 - $130,000

What you will do

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with production schedules and government program requirements.
• Manage long lead-time components and prototype-to-production transitions.
• Establish procurement processes compliant with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and CMMC standards.
• Identify, qualify, and onboard suppliers for radar defense and government programs.
• Support ERP/MRP system implementation and configuration to ensure data integrity.
• Analyze material costs and implement risk mitigation strategies for supply chain operations.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or material planning within aerospace or defense.
• Demonstrated experience with government-defined contracts and FAR/DFARS/ITAR/CMMC compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing long lead-time, high-complexity radar defense components.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong understanding of supplier qualification and contract flow-downs.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting early-stage organizations.
• Familiarity with proposal development (RFPs, RFQs, cost estimates).
• CPSM, CPIM, or similar supply chain certification.
