What you will do

• Develop and oversee the overall compensation philosophy, including base, variable, incentive pay, and equity programs.
• Analyze salary surveys and industry trends to maintain market competitiveness and internal pay equity.
• Manage the execution of annual salary reviews, promotion cycles, and bonus processes.
• Ensure all compensation programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including FLSA and pay transparency laws.
• Collaborate with HR business partners and senior management to resolve compensation inquiries and escalations.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of compensation professionals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in compensation and financial analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Expert knowledge of U.S. and Canadian compensation regulations.
• Experience working within a predominantly frontline organization.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong English language skills for professional communication and collaboration.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as Compensation Certified Professional (CCP) or similar.
