HR Business Partner (Manufacturing): Providing full-cycle HR support for the Lawrenceburg plant with an accent on employee relations and operational HR excellence. Focus on driving employee engagement, managing talent acquisition, and ensuring regulatory compliance within a manufacturing environment.

Location: Onsite in Lawrenceburg, KY

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting and placement activities to attract and hire qualified applicants.
  • Partner with plant leadership to develop and implement programs that drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Oversee HR best practices including performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Administer payroll, compensation, benefits, and leave of absence processes such as FMLA, STD, and LTD.
  • Direct yearly labor cost planning and monthly follow-ups in cooperation with regional functions.
  • Ensure all local and corporate HR procedures comply with federal and state laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of progressive HR leadership experience specifically in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven success in employee relations and organizational effectiveness.
  • Strong understanding of US federal and state employment laws and HR compliance.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, data analysis, and reporting tools.

Nice to have

  • PHR/SPHR certification.
