What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain fullstack features using Python/Django and TypeScript/React.
• Build and evolve scalable backend services to handle complex business logic, data storage, and integrations.
• Implement reusable, accessible, and performant UI components in React.
• Design and optimize database schemas and efficient queries using MySQL.
• Provide technical leadership to the team, ensuring architectural soundness and adherence to secure coding practices.
• Implement system observability and monitoring to improve application performance and stability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional fullstack experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, vector databases, and agentic AI frameworks like LangChain.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Django, React, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Experience with agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) and CI/CD principles.
