Full Stack Software Engineer (AI)

Location: London, UK; hybrid. The role may involve working on site with government clients from time to time.

What you will do

• Work in cross-functional teams with Data Scientists and Product Managers to deploy sophisticated, high-impact software.
• Build reliable and scalable frontend and backend architectures for advanced AI systems.
• Turn machine learning outputs into production-ready applications.
• Build data pipelines and cloud infrastructure as part of wider AI systems.
• Provide technical expertise to customers and help navigate complex requirements.

Requirements

• Strong backend development skills with Python frameworks such as FastAPI.
• Full-stack experience with TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.
• Experience deploying software in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with containerisation tools such as Docker is preferred.
• Scientific and pragmatic approach, with the ability to balance rapid prototyping and long-term maintainability.
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC) may be required because of government client work.
