What you will do

• Manage existing water supplies to ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Identify, monitor, and develop new spring and non-spring water sources to expand regional capacity.
• Ensure the sustainable use of water resources to prevent adverse environmental or social impacts.
• Build and maintain relationships with third-party owners, government agencies, and community stakeholders.
• Oversee budgets and financial forecasts for the assigned geographic area and capital projects.
• Coordinate and manage the work of external contractors and consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, or Water Resource Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in water resource development and management.
• Experience in a leadership role with direct reports.
• Strong English language skills are essential for communication and collaboration.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and travel frequently within Texas.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications.

Nice to have

• Experience presenting in public meetings or interacting with media outlets.
• Knowledge of FDA spring water regulations and zoning ordinances.
• Experience negotiating agreements and managing large-scale projects.
