What you will do

• Supervise, train, and assist field service engineers and technicians in a designated service center area.
• Perform complex troubleshooting, specialized tests, and appraisals on electrical apparatus and systems.
• Lead large-scale projects, including generator acceptance tests and substation commissioning.
• Manage job estimating, proposal preparation, scheduling, and accurate project billing.
• Act as the primary technical interface for clients and support business development activities.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA, and NFPA standards.
• Extensive experience with switchgear and equipment testing up to the 500-kV class.
• Expertise in power quality surveys, UPS systems, and complex control systems.
• Degree in Electrical (BSEE) or Mechanical (BSME) Engineering, or equivalent technical certification with significant experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided).
• Valid Driver's License and availability for extensive out-of-town and international travel.
