Staff Registered Engineer (Hydraulic Structures)

Location: Rancho Cordova, CA, US (Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days)

Salary: $120,743 - $201,080

What you will do

• Apply advanced engineering techniques and analysis to solve complex hydraulic problems.
• Prepare complex engineering deliverables, calculations, and material selection recommendations for large-scale projects.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams and lead production teams or coordinate multi-discipline activities.
• Ensure strict compliance with the company quality program and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Mentor junior professionals, identify successors, and assist with resource management strategy.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project delivery with key client interests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• Active engineering registration or licensure to support Engineer of Record (EOR) requirements.
• Must be based in the US or be able to relocate.
• Ability to complete pre-employment background checks, drug screening, and motor vehicle records search.
