Salary: $114,930 – $249,522

What you will do

• Lead and manage multi-disciplinary projects involving dams, spillways, and hydraulic structures.
• Mentor junior staff and review engineering work to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to prepare technical plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Perform site visits and coordinate with clients to resolve design challenges.
• Participate in business development and pursuit activities to acquire new projects.
• Engage in internal leadership training programs to advance toward regional business management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
• Ability to complete pre-employment background checks and drug screening.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).

Nice to have

• Master's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience with West Coast dams and hydropower clients.
• Familiarity with state and federal regulatory requirements for dams.
