What you will do

• Develop and maintain comprehensive training curricula for SKS/LG products used across Experience & Design Centers.
• Deliver high-impact product presentations to designers, architects, builders, and luxury homeowners.
• Coordinate training events and implement surveys to report on effectiveness and guest feedback.
• Manage onsite product assets, including new product installations and alignment with curricula.
• Collaborate with the National Training Manager and onsite showroom teams to ensure a premium guest experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury appliances.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital training tools for audience engagement.
• Ability to maintain the appropriate tone and manner for luxury brand representation.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Napa, CA.
