Salary: $60,750 - $99,750

What you will do

• Deliver professional development and tailored on-site support to teachers, coaches, and leaders for Ready and i-Ready programs.
• Collaborate with district and site leaders to develop and revise annual professional development plans and schedules.
• Provide high-quality classroom coaching, including lesson planning, pacing support, and guidance on applying data to instruction.
• Support district-wide adoptions of diagnostic and instructional programs to ensure lasting impact on student learning.
• Serve as a thought leader, exemplifying the company's mission to create equitable and better classrooms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in teaching, coaching teachers, or providing professional development.
• Must be based in the Kingston, NY area or willing to relocate.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%, including overnight stays and travel to other states.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Strong working knowledge of Common Core State Standards for Mathematics/ELA (Grades K–8).
• Fluency with digital tools, online assessments, and data analysis.
