What you will do

• Perform visual inspections of incoming materials and completed aerospace hardware for defects, damage, and cleanliness.
• Verify part identification, quantities, and labeling against work orders and shipping documentation.
• Confirm that all required certifications and traceability records accompany products.
• Report nonconforming materials to the Operations Supervisor or Quality department.
• Ensure products are properly packaged and protected for shipment.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and support inventory counts.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen to be eligible for a government security clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
• High School Diploma.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift or carry objects between 26–45 pounds frequently.
• Valid driver's license.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a production environment.
• Forklift certification.
• Experience with packaging high-value components.
• Experience working in an AS9100, ISO, or IATF-16949 certified environment.
