What you will do

• Interpret customer requirements to develop and implement design solutions using engineering analysis and manufacturing knowledge.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities through product application and configuration.
• Manage the engineering release process, including requirements management, test protocols, and technical documentation.
• Resolve part configuration and change management issues throughout the entire product life cycle.
• Review engineering calculations, design models, and drawings for accuracy, functionality, and completion.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and represent the company on industry committees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Laconia, NH.
