What you will do

• Process and clean sampling equipment using specialized instruments and mechanical tools.
• Calibrate sensitive equipment to meet laboratory and client specifications.
• Track rental requests, manage incoming/outgoing equipment logistics, and maintain inventory.
• Log incoming samples into computer systems and assign them to proper batches.
• Assemble and ship container kits while maintaining strict chain-of-custody documentation.
• Assist laboratory staff with administrative functions and maintain cleanliness of the facility.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, green card holder, refugee, or asylee) due to ITAR regulations.
• High school diploma and strong mathematical skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with legible handwriting.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to follow strict laboratory procedures precisely.
• Ability to work onsite in Santa Rosa, CA.

Nice to have

• Previous laboratory experience.
