What you will do

• Provide day-to-day quality engineering support to ensure product conformity and process control.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and maintain inspection instructions, control plans, and quality records.
• Analyze production and quality data to identify trends and reduce defects.
• Partner with customers and suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve performance.
• Support audits and maintain compliance with AS9100 and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with manufacturing process validation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to government contract requirements.
• Ability to successfully complete background screenings, including ATF requirements.

Nice to have

• AS9100 and AS9102 First Article Inspection experience.
• Proficiency in GD&T, PPAP, Cpk, FMEA, Lean, and Six Sigma.
• Lead Auditor experience.
• Experience in defense, automotive, medical device, or semiconductor manufacturing.
