What you will do

• Perform manual and automated assembly of drone products and sub-components.
• Conduct system testing and quality inspections on mechanical and electronic components, including PCBs.
• Track manufacturing materials and maintain accurate production records.
• Identify and report defective materials to support yield analysis.
• Collaborate with production supervisors and engineers to improve assembly procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and production schedules.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident due to ITAR/EAR regulations.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or a strong interest in learning technical assembly.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in following written work instructions.
• Ability to pass a post-offer background check.
