Salary: $128,000 - $160,000 CAD

What you will do

• Partner with the CPTO and R&D leadership to drive quarterly strategic planning and translate business priorities into actionable initiatives.
• Own the operational rhythm of the R&D organization, including planning cycles, leadership reviews, and KPI tracking.
• Establish frameworks for execution excellence, including dependency management, prioritization, and risk visibility.
• Act as a bridge between R&D and GTM teams to ensure cohesive product launches and customer value delivery.
• Identify and lead process improvement opportunities to enhance organizational focus, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
• Support executive presentations and act as a trusted advisor to the CPTO to scale their impact across the organization.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in strategy consulting, technical program management, or product operations.
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional programs in B2B SaaS companies.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and B2B SaaS GTM motions.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to synthesize complexity for executive audiences.
• Experience building and maintaining operational cadences, including planning, retrospectives, and OKRs.
• Must be based in Canada as this is a remote-first role within the country.

Nice to have

• Background in Fintech or enterprise software.
• Familiarity with AI/ML development processes or data platform initiatives.
• Experience partnering directly with executive leadership (CPO, CTO, or VP).
• PMP, CSM, or similar certification.
