What you will do

  • Own and maintain the product backlog for batch processing, including sprint prioritization and engineering ceremonies.
  • Write comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) with detailed functional specifications and edge cases.
  • Define batch job sequencing, scheduling logic, and reconciliation workflows for financial transactions.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and implementation teams to identify gaps and deliver optimized solutions.
  • Collaborate with Security and Compliance teams to ensure batch processes meet regulatory and data integrity standards.
  • Lead discovery sessions and conduct demos for customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in product management or product owner roles, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Solid understanding of equity compensation events, such as option exercises, RSU, PSU releases, and ESPP purchase cycles.
  • Familiarity with batch processing concepts, job scheduling, and high-volume data processing.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management frameworks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

  • CEP (Certified Equity Professional) Level 1 certification or higher.
  • Experience with platform migrations or large-scale transformation projects.
  • Additional experience specifically in the equity management or equity compensation space.
