What you will do

  • Own and maintain the product backlog for batch processing, managing sprint prioritization and engineering ceremonies.
  • Partner with Product Managers to define feature priorities based on customer impact, regulatory requirements, and technical dependencies.
  • Write comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) with detailed functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
  • Define batch job sequencing, scheduling logic, and reconciliation workflows for financial transaction processing.
  • Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure regulatory standards and data integrity.
  • Lead discovery sessions and conduct demos for customers and internal stakeholders to address operational pain points.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in product management or product owner roles, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Solid understanding of equity compensation events (option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, ESPP).
  • Familiarity with batch processing concepts and high-volume data processing in financial services.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • CEP (Certified Equity Professional) Level 1 certification or higher.
  • 1+ years of experience specifically in the equity management or equity compensation space.
  • Experience with platform migrations or large-scale transformation projects.
