What you will do

• Manage product launch project roadmaps and assess the feasibility of target timelines.
• Coordinate deliverables and communication between Product Solutions, Legal, Compliance, and external service providers.
• Oversee specific product initiatives such as ETF exchange migration and clearing broker onboarding.
• Conduct gap-analysis and determine net-new requirements for product implementation.
• Perform post-project review debriefs and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the mutual fund/investment industry and project management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience focused on mutual fund operations or product development.
• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• Strong relationship building, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• PMP designation.
