Salary: $24–$28.50 per hour

What you will do

• Maintain inventory accuracy through daily transactions, cycle counts, and root cause analysis for discrepancies.
• Perform material movement and staging to ensure efficient flow between work centers.
• Stock parts in designated warehouse locations while ensuring AS9100 standards and material traceability.
• Organize kit components and verify completeness before delivery to the production floor.
• Monitor two-bin inventory levels and maintain a clean, organized storage system.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Must be available for the weekend shift (Friday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and walk the shop floor for extended periods.
• Proficiency with digital tools including MS Excel and ERP systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with aerospace or defense materials.
• Prior experience with warehouse control or stockroom management.
• Existing forklift certification.
