Warehouse Technician (Energy Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Receive and verify incoming shipments of raw materials and transformer components against documentation.
• Unload trucks and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes.
• Manage receiving, put-away, and pick transactions within the ERP system.
• Pick, kit, and stage components to ensure the production line remains on schedule.
• Prepare finished transformers for outbound shipment, including packaging, crating, and labeling.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain a clean, safe environment according to 5S standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with pallet jacks, forklifts, and overhead cranes.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with ERP or WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Ability to read and interpret packing slips, bills of lading, and bills of materials (BOMs).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be willing to work onsite full-time in Houston, including overtime and weekends as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with electrical infrastructure or transformer manufacturing.
• ASCM Warehouse Certificate.
• Prior experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced manufacturing environment.
