What you will do

• Manage total facility performance and metrics for the bottling and distribution facility.
• Oversee plant operations and maintain active engagement with employees on the production floor.
• Take full responsibility for the facility's P&L and customer satisfaction performance.
• Lead and facilitate Continuous Excellence (BCE) and Total Performance Management (TPM) implementations.
• Serve as the factory champion for national safety and quality programs.
• Ensure operational compliance with company policies and all federal, state, and local regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience, including 5+ years managing a team of leaders.
• Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience is required; food or beverage experience is preferred.
• Technical proficiency in manufacturing operations, warehousing, distribution, and ERP systems like SAP.
• Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, or TPM).
• Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication and collaboration.
