TL;DR
Lean Deployment Lead (Manufacturing): Leading the Lean cultural transformation within the Wilton Factory to embed Lean principles and philosophy for continuous process improvement with an accent on daily management systems and Lean leadership. Focus on coaching leadership in problem-solving techniques, driving the “FLOW” deployment playbook, and implementing business impact initiatives.
Location: On-site in Wilton, Connecticut

What you will do
- Lead Lean cultural transformation within the factory to embed a DNA of continuous process improvement.
- Coach and develop the leadership team in Lean behaviors and problem-solving techniques.
- Co-design and execute the deployment plan, setting goals and defining success criteria.
- Support business impact initiatives utilizing tools like A3s, 4Cs, and Breakthrough Initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Lean team and adjacent functional disciplines to improve Lean standards.
- Drive the “FLOW” deployment playbook to transform operational processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Supply Chain environments.
- 3+ years of experience coaching and deploying Lean in a company-wide transformation within manufacturing or logistics.
- Expert knowledge of lean transformation, process improvement, and quality management tools.
- Proven experience in change management and basic project management.
- Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
Nice to have
- Experience in Hoshin Kanri (Strategy Deployment).
- Experience in VSM (Value Stream Mapping).
