What you will do

• Lead Lean cultural transformation within the factory to embed a DNA of continuous process improvement.
• Coach and develop the leadership team in Lean behaviors and problem-solving techniques.
• Co-design and execute the deployment plan, setting goals and defining success criteria.
• Support business impact initiatives utilizing tools like A3s, 4Cs, and Breakthrough Initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Lean team and adjacent functional disciplines to improve hirify.global Lean standards.
• Drive the “FLOW” deployment playbook to transform operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Supply Chain environments.
• 3+ years of experience coaching and deploying Lean in a company-wide transformation within manufacturing or logistics.
• Expert knowledge of lean transformation, process improvement, and quality management tools.
• Proven experience in change management and basic project management.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience in Hoshin Kanri (Strategy Deployment).
• Experience in VSM (Value Stream Mapping).
