What you will do

• Lead annual operating planning, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning for the Industrial Segment.
• Analyze revenue, gross profit, operating expenses, and working capital to provide actionable insights.
• Develop financial reporting and performance narratives to support leadership decision-making.
• Partner with business leaders to identify financial risks, opportunities, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement across forecasting, reporting, and performance management processes.
• Support finance transformation initiatives, including automation and advanced analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
• Experience supporting multi-business or multi-P&L organizations, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency with ERP and planning tools such as SAP, OneStream, HFM, or BPC.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and communicate across multiple organizational levels.
