What you will do

• Partner with Commercial, Operations, Legal, and Administrative functions to improve near and long-term forecast accuracy.
• Lead the development of near-term forecasting processes to increase repeatability and connectivity to company systems.
• Drive the automation of FP&A reporting and present financial expectations to the Executive Leadership team.
• Manage treasury administrative tasks and engage with external banks and treasury management platforms.
• Collaborate with Project Finance and Pricing teams to refine financing details within forecasting models.
• Evaluate internal systems to identify opportunities for cross-functional connectivity and process improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in FP&A or Operational Finance roles with increasing responsibility.
• Experience working within a project-based business, preferably in a large company with $1B+ revenue.
• Proven experience with Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and operate as both an individual contributor and a team player.
