What you will do

• Lead negotiations for lease extensions, renewals, and amendments including compound expansions.
• Review and abstract ground lease provisions to identify risks and opportunities for asset optimization.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with landowners to secure timely approvals and signatures.
• Serve as a liaison between Legal, Due Diligence, and Asset Management teams to support development activities.
• Prepare and present deal decks for Investment Committee approval with strategic financial insights.
• Monitor lease compliance and ensure accurate documentation of all amendments and consents.

Requirements

• Minimum four-year degree in business or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in real estate or commercial/telecommunications leasing.
• Minimum two years of experience working with legal documents.
• Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in property management.
• Advanced Excel competency and understanding of financial reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment under firm deadlines.
