Property Manager

TL;DR

Property Manager: Leading all aspects of a single asset or portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties with an accent on marketing, operations, and financial activities. Location: Must be based in Morristown, NJ (100% in-office)

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 USD

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact and Owner Representative for property owners.
• Manage team responses to tenant needs and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Direct the preparation of monthly reports and annual budgets for operating and capital expenses.
• Oversee lease administration, including review and approval of lease changes.
• Manage sourcing, procurement, and vendor contract compliance.
• Provide formal supervision, coaching, and performance management to the property team.

Requirements

• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Role is 100% in-office; remote work is not an option.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of related experience.
• Real Estate License required where mandatory by local regulation.
• Advanced knowledge of financial terms, budgeting, and variance reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), AP, and CMMS systems.

Nice to have

• CPM or RPA professional designation.
• Experience with Yardi, MRI, or Kardin software.
• Background in commercial office, retail, or industrial properties.
