What you will do

• Maximize total return through operational efficiencies, value-add, and revenue enhancement strategies.
• Oversee third-party property managers, leasing agents, budgets, and lease approvals.
• Negotiate new leases, renewals, and third-party contracts.
• Perform property inspections, maintain tenant relationships, and prepare portfolio reporting.
• Manage capital improvements, construction oversight, and financial valuations.
• Monitor economic trends and collaborate on acquisition evaluations.

Requirements

• BA/BS in finance, real estate or related; graduate degree preferred.
• 7-10+ years in commercial real estate asset management, principal-based leasing, urban retail centers.
• Financial analysis, asset-level statements, lease metrics for retail assets.
• Real estate accounting, analytical skills, design/construction knowledge.
• Experienced in Yardi, MS Office 365, Excel; Argus a plus.
• 30% travel; highly organized, collaborative, strong communication.
