What you will do

• Create and execute branded events to foster community, connection, and promote health and wellness.
• Develop and manage the Tenant Engagement budget, tracking expenses and handling vendor invoicing.
• Collaborate with leasing teams to design tailored tour experiences based on competitor research and building comps.
• Analyze building app data and marketing strategies to quantify the impact of engagement programming.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant move-ins, move-outs, and VIP visits.
• Cultivate positive relationships with local businesses, vendors, and non-profit community outreach programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Hospitality, Retail, Travel, or Marketing.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in meeting or event planning within corporate, hotel, or government sectors.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently as a project leader and collaborate effectively within a team.
