What you will do

• Estimate and negotiate change orders for sitework, earthworks, and civil packages throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Produce and present detailed cost plans aligned with early works and heavy civil scopes.
• Review and validate cost estimates in collaboration with design teams and general contractors.
• Manage cost impact assessments, contingency tracking, and commitment logs.
• Produce accurate monthly cost reports and support the negotiation of final accounts.
• Identify, coach, and mentor team members to support capability growth and project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
• 6–7+ years of experience in construction cost management, specifically in large-scale infrastructure or heavy civil projects.
• Must be physically based in the United States and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience in data center or mission-critical construction environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.

Nice to have

• RICS accreditation or actively working toward accreditation.
• Prior experience in construction consultancy.
