Salary: $140,000 - $165,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide on-the-ground commercial management support to ensure financial and contractual protection for data center clients.
• Lead the Cost Trend Management (CTM) process, identifying scope changes, market shifts, and budget risks.
• Ensure EPC teams understand baseline estimates, including scope, cost, and execution assumptions.
• Chair bi-weekly CTM meetings with key stakeholders to drive actionable outcomes and document progress.
• Update CTM logs to reflect cost changes, root causes, and review stages for accurate project tracking.
• Support cost estimation, QA cost trend reports, and provide feedback to improve CTM tools and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing estimating or commercials on a major construction portfolio.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial management during pre-construction of major projects.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with regular in-person collaboration.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with construction partners.

Nice to have

• Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) full membership or equivalent.
• Commercial knowledge of international construction projects.
• 5+ years of experience working on international construction contracts.
