What you will do

• Develop and execute local people strategies aligned with global business objectives.
• Lead core HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
• Drive organizational culture by embedding accountability, ownership, and collaboration.
• Oversee the EHS function to ensure workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, succession, and organizational effectiveness.
• Manage HR systems and processes to ensure consistency across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Export, PA, USA.
• Progressive experience leading HR functions in a complex business environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR compliance.
• Proven ability to influence leadership and drive organizational change.
• Experience supporting operations across multiple locations or jurisdictions.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
