What you will do

• Settle construction disputes and loss/expense claims with transparency.
• Resolve commercial issues, change orders, and contract disputes quickly and fairly.
• Prepare and agree upon final accounts to ensure maximum value for the client.
• Create detailed estimates and cost plans for key client developments.
• Manage the tender and bid process, from initial documentation to analysis and reporting.
• Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports.

Requirements

• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management across varied projects.
• Degree or comparable experience in a cost management or construction discipline.
• Ability to travel for short periods to meet with clients, partners, and the team.
• Must be able to work on-site in Charleston, SC, US.
